Rigid lid and base boxes (also known as setup boxes) are a classic yet luxurious packaging solution consisting of two separate parts: a lid and a bottom base. With simple and elegant structure, these boxes are ideal for packaging gifts, bird's nest, mooncakes, ginseng, cosmetics, and other premium products.

Box Structure

  + Top lid: Can be detachable or attached to the body, designed for secure closure

  + Bottom base: Rigid and sturdy, forming the core of the box

  + Neck piece: Optional inner wall (5–15mm high) that enhances the luxury feel and contrast

  + Logo finish: Foil stamping (gold/silver), UV printing, offset logo

  + Outer wrap: Couche paper, art paper, velvet, kraft, handmade paper

  + Box core: 2–4 layers of greyboard (paperboard)
